I have been a Mercedes Benz owner for over 25 years because I appreciate the simplicity of style, outstanding performance, technological advances and safety features of the vehicle. For the most part I have had the maintenance and needed repair work done at the dealership, even after the warranty expired.
I recently had the good fortune of being referred to Integrity Motors (by a mechanic who was performing work on my second car), that was strictly based on reputation and word of mouth. I was especially motivated because the location is close to my home and very convenient.
As part of my due diligence, I found that the owner/operator Sevan Garabedian is a certified/authorized Mercedes Benz Mechanic who also specializes in BMW repair and Porsche repair and maintenance. Upon my initial meeting with Sevan (after a thorough diagnostic review), I learned more about Mercedes Benz, my car and the S Class, its performance expectations, reliability,mechanical and parts information as well as technical improvements/advances than I had been exposed to over the last 25 years.
You provided in-depth detail (in a way that was easily understandable) about the needed repair, and options available to me, When I came to pick up my car, you took me on a test drive to demonstrate the difference in performance based on your repairs and discussed a needed repair that had safety implications. I subsequently had that work done, and it also resulted in improved performance.
I am also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of your shop as well as the state-of-the-art equipment you use to diagnose and repair our cars.
Integrity Motorcar is aptly named. You have another loyal customer!

The service I received on my car was much needed and much appreciated. The owner, Sevan, is a regular customer at the coffee shop I work at in Anaheim Hills. While grabbing a coffee one day, he overheard me discussing my car troubles with a co-worker and when he became aware that I was unsure about how to handle it, he offered to help. He offered to fix the brake problems I was having on my Toyota Corolla even though Integrity Motorcar doesn’t usually work on my type of vehicle. He thoroughly explained in a way I could understand, exactly what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. He taught me how to prevent future problems with my brakes and even showed me the shop in Yorba Linda where the repairs were being done and it was immaculate. He’ll be pleased to know of your excellent dedication to these cars, and that you’re right there in his area.
I’ll get him to do his next service there at Integrity. The Ducks have won their previous 4 games, so let’s hope they regain the Cup this year!! My car runs great ! I’ve been over to Vegas last weekend and the car ran smoothly through uphill and downhill with a scorching heat of 114 degrees. The air-conditioning was cold and temperature of the engine didn’t even move a bit from the time i started the car until I got to Vegas.
